Although sometimes these may seem a little strange give them a try. It’s only a short period of time and you gain massive amounts of relief. With the eyes closed remember to feel the emotion of the even and move the eyes from left to right.
For each one of these techniques make sure to check the scale from 1 to 10 to see how intense the anxiety or stress is. You then want to use the exercise to bring that number down as far as it will go.
