Welcome back!! Now that 2020 is over we may think life will just magically go back to normal. However if we look at the patterns of trauma, it doesn’t seem to work that way. Depending on what you have been through in the past year, you may need to take some time to process and work through your emotions in order to really move forward.
In this video, I explain the importance of feeling pain, processing pain and finally moving past this pain. If we do not take these steps, we may carry our trauma over into other areas in our lives via one of the four trauma responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn).
