GAIL ACASTER TALKS TO STEVEN KIRBY AT LIFECOACH UK

My name is Steven Kirby.

On the 11th of January 2011 I was involved in a major accident/incident at work.

We had problems during a hydro pressure test on a fire hydrant system.

The test end weighing about 460kg blew at around 18bar of pressure, I was in the line of fire.

I was trapped under water and believed I was going to die.
I know I am very lucky to have survived.

Physically I healed fairly quickly but mentally I struggled.
I suffered from anxiety depression and was diagnosed with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
