Many difficult emotions, especially trauma or PTSD, can create dark moments in your life. While you should seek professional help, sometimes, you are in between moments of help where you have no choice but to consider alternatives. I share the ideas of post-traumatic growth (PTG) and some simple and practical ways that could be used to uplift yourself.
Even if you are not a clinical patient, you might still encounter (as we all do) difficult moments. Consider coaching as a pathway to improvement and developing your own resilience, so that you can learn how to become masterful at your emotional states, using that to impact peak performance in your life.
