PTSD, or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, can come from past traumatic events that leaves a deep mark on your mind and emotions, causing you to experience panic attack and anxiety either on a daily basis or whenever certain events or things trigger your memory. Meditation has been able to help a lot of people deal with PTSD, but it can be quite a difficult process, and I therefore recommend that you find a local meditation teacher that specializes in PTSD, as meditation can bring back those hurtful and destructive memories, and it is therefore important to work with a person who knows how to help you calm down and regain control. If you are suffering from PTSD, you should of cause consult your doctor so that you can get the necessary help and tool for you to improve your mental health and happiness and regain control of your life.
