now a days health is wealth raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) & Depression. This is unheard of in our culture especially for men not because of ignorance but because its perceived as a sign of weakness. Im hoping that this little exercise will bring awareness to the people especially to my family & friends that it is okay to speak up & seek help if you are not feeling okay.
I’m encouraging my friends and family members to try this little exercise only takes a little amount of time & brings out mental clarity throughout the day.
Let’s reach as many people as possible & hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone whose suffering from mental illness, you’re not alone & no one deserves to be alone.
