This is no medical advice. But I do think it’s helpful for us to know what qualities people who grow from trauma, loss, stress or adversity show. Social support, acceptance, the ability to process emotions, appreciation and spirituality have all shown to be tremendously helpful when it comes to going into PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) or PTG (post-traumatic growth).
