Hello YouTube folks! I’m sharing a video that I recorded a few weeks back on my Instagram channel in response to a question around the confusion with digestive troubles being more connected to fight/flight and the stress hormone, cortisol. In this video I answer this question, plus breakdown how digestive issues can appear in relationship to chronic stress and those fight, flight, AND freeze responses being constantly (chronically) on 24/7 which can lead to deterioration of our entire physiological system, and especially that gut of ours that is essential for optimal health of the body and mind.
