How hard games help (me) cope with PTSD



Dark Souls, Celeste, Dead Cells, Super Meat Boy and many, many others keep me sane. Or more or less functional. Being sane is after all subjective. There are many articles about violence in video games and how they inspire more violence in real life. In this video essay I present my pseudo-article about how video games can help people.
