How I Cured 5 Years Of Depersonalization / Derealization (DPDR) / Anxiety / Dissociation / PTSD

I cured / recovered depersonalization / derealization (DPDR) / social anxiety / dissociation / PTSD. This video explains how you can recover / cure from depersonalisation / derealisation as well to feel real again!

Brain fog, hazy thoughts, feeling unreal, unable to think clear, emotionless, dissociated, feeling drained. All these symptoms are common when suffering from depersonalization, derealization or Anxiety. The cause of this state of mind can be things like drugs, trauma or depression.
I have suffered over 5 years from this condition. During this time I did a lot of research on this subject. In this video I’m going to share the things that helped me the most, so you can recover as well.

The reason you’re still feeling this way, is all because of 1 thing: Anxiety, or stress, build up in your body and mind. In order to recover back to the old you, and feeling real again, you just need to eliminate this stress / anxiety.

The subjects I am going to cover in order to do that are the following:
-Stretching / yoga

The first step in your recovery process is to exercise a few times per week. This could be something like going to the gym, but even going for a 30 minute walk in your town will be effective. This is the easiest way of exercise, you don’t need anything for it, it’s free, can be done anywhere at any time, and will take in the least amount of time. The reason exercise is so important, is to release excess energy in your body, which will give you anxiety if you don’t use it. After exercising your mind will feel way calmer, and you will sleep better, which is also good against anxiety.

The second thing you need to take care of is nutrition. There are A LOT of supplements that claim to help against anxiety, but there are only a FEW, that will really work. For nutrition, a good multivitamin can benefit you. It will give you more energy and make you feel happier.
It is also good to take fish oil, to improve brain function. Before you go to bed, you can take magnesium, to reduce stress, and improve sleep. These 3 supplements are the basic ones that can really help you, to feel better.
But besides nutrition, there are A LOT of herbs that claim to reduce anxiety.
I tried over 30 herbs myself. The one that helped me the most by far, is CBD oil. When you take CBD oil before going to a crowded place, for example your school, work, or the gym, you will feel WAY more relaxed and way less anxious. Besides that, it will reduce general anxiety in the long term as well. Besides these supplements, make sure to drink enough water, and minimize sugar intake.

The third thing you need to look into is meditation. Allow your mind to calm down and process all your thoughts. Do this every day, for at least 10 minutes. Just close your eyes, and breathe through your nose, in to your stomach.

Doing stretching or yoga can also really benefit you. There could be a lot of tension build up in your muscles. The most important muscle to stretch is your PSOAS. This muscle stores negative energy, which needs to be released.

Another thing you need to do a few times a week, to release emotions, is simply crying.
It may seem hard for you to cry, but doing the following works very well:
First put on music that really touches you. This could be because of memories it gives you, or simply because the lyrics are sad. Next, bring your full focus to this music, and try to sing all the lyrics in your head. After a couple of songs, tears will come, and after you’ve cried, you will feel calm and happier.

The final thing that can really help is TRE. This stands for: Tension / trauma releasing exercises. This is another way of releasing build up tension from your PSOAS.
