Learn to say NO!
It is so important to have the discipline and intestinal fortitude to say no to those bad things that are not going to add to the quality of your life. This is the 4th thing I did that helped me lose 175 pounds. Make it easy by keeping those sweets and sodas out of the home. Keep fruits and water-dense foods in the home and lots of water. I believe in you and get out there and make those changes and become your best version.
