I’ve been nominated by a close FACEBOOK FRIEND to do the 50 push-ups for 50 days challenge to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and Depression.
But I slightly suffer many of those disorders, so I decided to start the challenge at a very special day for me, which is 24 of July, to do 50 pushups and the rest are 25. Why? Because I AM NOT A SOCIAL SLAVE, I AM NOT A SHEEP AND I DO BREAK THE LAW!
I will end this challenge at August 31, so its 39 days of challenge that I am compromised to complete! (Maybe up to 50 😳)
In addition, the last video will be the result of my body transformation, before and after I got challenged.
Time to nominate: I nominate my (FACEBOOK FRIEND) to continue this challenge.💪
Rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 50 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a NEW PERSON.
Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you.
