Hello my bbs. Happy vlogmas aka swolemas day 10! This is a rather raw and serious video just to give ya’ll a mental health update. I started sessions with a new therapist and was diagnosed with PTSD so I’m going to talk about the treatment for it and how I’m coping with it just in case anyone else out there is dealing with it as well.
