-Difference between Thought, Belief and Core Belief
-The concept of Right / Wrong Choices
-The most common emotions people are struggling with lately “Anxiety – Fear – Guilt – Anger” based on the CBT approach
-Phobia and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
-Medical and easy techniques that help you deal with such emotions: Breathing – Mindfulness Meditation – Guided Images – NLP – Hypnosis
