Hello and welcome! I’m so glad that you’ve taken the first step towards personal freedom for yourself. Life comes with difficult times and we all need support along the way. I’d be happy to be a part of that journey with you! Please don’t hesitate to reach out and let me know how I can help you!
I appreciate working with a wide variety of clients with differing presenting issues. It is my firm belief that each person has unique strengths that can be used in the therapeutic process. I enjoy working with clients that need supported through their depression, substance use, anxiety, trauma and work through their self-esteem related issues.
I offer an evening schedule, working via teletherapy to provide therapy that best fits the client and where they are starting from. I work with clients that have been through trauma, suffer from depression, anxiety, self esteem, substance abuse disorders and provide grief counseling services.
