I have been struggling with mental health issues for the past 20 years. On this channel I want to help erase some of the stigma around Men’s Mental Health. I also want this channel to be a safe place for me to post progress about my recovery and the challenges I face daily. I have been diagnosed with CPTSD which stands for Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am a Survivor of childhood Sexual assault and it has made my everyday life a struggle. I am hoping to make weekly videos to document my recovery process and to help others who may be suffering from the same thing and need encouragement
