My mate Gareth and his invisible BFF: PTSD!

My mate Gareth is a former Marine and has experienced things that some of us can only imagine. As a result he experiences PTSD and has done for many years without seeking healthcare. A dark winter night and a fortunate flick of a coin has changed all that!

Gareth points out that I too have PTSD from my experience with Cavernoma and although our reasons are very different from his, they are no less important.

Gareth now uses his love of photography and poetry as one of the techniques to help him process his mental health and keep moving forward.
