Not doing push ups in 7 years ASMR Joint Crack

Day 0 of the push-up challenge, my warm-up day. I was nominated by my good friend Franz Lambert II.

Here is the challenge. 25 push-ups for 25 days to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that can drive people to commit suicide.

The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate someone new.
Doing this for a good cause, never give up on yourself or anyone else!

I know care about people and about this issue for our military, #Veterans, 1st responders and citizens.

Reach out to your friends, families and even people you don’t know a great deal about.
Check up on them. It’s okay not to be okay.
