Opening up about my PTSD

This was very difficult for me to film, I cut out most of the disassociating but I thought leaving some in would make for a good visual depiction of what disassociation is like. Disassociation is a reality for many people with ptsd. Thank you if you watched the whole thing.

ABOUT HIBA:

Hiba Azeem is a twenty-something content creator living in the United States. When she was eighteen, she was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Anxiety Disorder. She started documenting her journey on Youtube after realizing there weren’t enough people in the media talking about mental illness. Her ‘Manic Night’ video has surpassed 3 million streams.
After visitations to two psychiatric facilities, Hiba realized something needed to change. She decided to make a commitment to therapy twice a week and spending her free time learning how to heal. Because of this commitment, she has been free from any major Bipolar episode since 2019. She’s learned many things on her journey and hopes to share them with her viewers and readers.
Healing is a difficult journey, no one should have to go through it alone. This channel is dedicated to mental health, wellness, and healing that comes from within.
