Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome | Faith in Black Lives Matter Conference

The second session of the Faith in Black Lives Matter Conference was a lecture on Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome, led by Paul Obinna. This session explored some of the most significant reasons of racism today, ingrained mind-sets and behaviour patterns we have that make change so difficult.

The Faith in Black Lives Matter Conference was held on Monday the 26th November 2020, to explore factors that cause and generate racism in us and our society, and looked at ways to begin to put this right, being anti-racist – for ourselves, our communities and our world. The conference followed on from our two successful series of seminars between June and November, exploring the Black experience in a range of different areas. All these sessions are available to watch from the seminar series playlist, linked below.
