PTSD, or post-traumatic stress disorder, is commonly associated with war veterans. The trauma-brain is triggered by current events that bring an individual back to original memories which were laid down at Cause. From a Mind Map perspective, when we are nurtured in our first few years of life, we form what Dr. John Bowlby, father of Attachment Theory, a secure sense of attachment.

Those who have the secure attachment are less vulnerable to PTSD. The key to preventing symptoms from escalating is early intervention. The long-term key to mental health is dismantling old encoding of wounds, that are easily triggered by life’s continuous traumatic events.

We focused on the trauma of abortions and their deleterious after-effects on women.
