Day 1/25 Pressup challenge.
Nominated by Nihar Javvadi to complete the 25 push-up for 25 days challenge to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that can drive people to commit suicide.
The rules are simple:
1. Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day, you record yourself and post!
2. Every day you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get to 25.
3. Every day you nominate a different person.
Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from mental illness, you are not alone. Talk to your family, friends and more important to your doctor. Don’t be afraid to speak talk to someone, we’re here for you.
