PTSD and how to work through it. This is one of those impromptu videos that happened while I was out riding the Utah trails. Last month I wrecked on my bike and found myself hesitating on some pretty minor technicals on the path which is exactly how my brain is supposed to work. In other words, one of the brains main functions is to keep us safe and since I biffed it in a narly way, I felt anxious or stressed when a similar situation came about.
