PTSD is estimated to affect 57–75% of Australians at some point in their lives, and it’s a condition that a lot of people aren’t talking about, recognising, or understanding how to navigate. I believe so strongly that this is such a vital conversation to share.
I understand how incredibly difficult and vulnerable it can be for people, especially men, to speak about their own PTSD experience, so I am forever grateful to Ash for sharing his story publicly.
