In recent times, the Bee has taken on a huge significance in Manchester including to help remember the terror attack last May.
Now the symbol of the city is being used in Lego form to help raise awareness of PTSD and mental health issues.
The PTSD Bee is the creation of Paul Mather, a lego artist from Manchester who has been living with the illness himself.
Chris Stott caught up with the Bee’s designer and friend Paul Lawson to discuss the role of Bee in tackling mental health.
