Recovering from PTSD
PTSD is a hard, and often deliberating mental illness, theres a huge misconception that only war veterans can have ptsd which very simply isn’t the case. There is also a load of stigma that it isn’t possible to recover from PTSD and it is, obviously its not a quick thing but it is possible to help yourself recover and get over these horrible life events that are holding you back.
