This is a compilation of my first 10days of the challenge

PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Awareness❣️


I’ve been nominated
to do 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to hopefully raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Disorder) anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide.

The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your kness to get 25.
*Everyday you must nominate a different person

Let’s reach as many people as possible.Lets hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness.

Ps. Since i’m not a PRO for this push up thing, and i am overweight according to my BMI Let me do a bit of modification in performing this challenge😅😊 to avoid any injury or anything else, and lets see how it goes along the way😉🤗…
