I’ve been nominated by Maricar Pita-Gardiolato do 25 PUSH UPs for 25 DAYS CHALLENGE to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide. MENTAL HEALTH in these trying times is really one of the major concerns we should not take for granted. This is the best time to keep in touch with our family and friends to check on how they are coping.

The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts today or the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
*The more sets of 25 push ups you manage to do, the more nomination so lets do it!

Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you especially in these tough times.
