Day 7 variation: 47 Birthday Pushups. One pushup for every year of life!

Form went a bit at the end, but got there eventually!

Get stronger by doing pushups every day for 25 days!

If you’re struggling with depression and finding it difficult to cope, PLEASE don’t isolate yourself!

I’ve decided to do a different Push-up variation every day.

Today’s nomination goes to Dylan Jacobsen (His birthday today as well!)

I will be conducting 25 push ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for things such as PTSD(post traumatic stress disorder),anxiety and depression that drives people to comitting suicide.

The rules are simple # once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.

# everyday you record yourself doing 25 push ups even if you have to drop to your knees or regress to using your head to get 25

# everyday you must nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible,let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from mental illness,you are not alone we are here for you.

Don’t be afraid to speak out!!! It’s ok not to be ok
