25 Days Pushups Challenge | Fat To Fitness

I have been nominated by my friend to take up this challenge to do 25 pushups, this is to raise awareness for PTSD- which is Post traumatic stress disorder this is a mental health condition that’s triggered by a terrifying event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event.
By doing this Challenge- our aim is to spread awareness.
Alright – so the challenge is for 25 days & you got to record yourself & post it & on each day you nominate someone & they will follow the footprints…this is how it goes…
Hello friends welcome to my channel Fat to Fitness this is Sowbhagya.
Place the hands just wider than shoulder-width apart.
The wider stance is important for keeping your balance later.
Lower yourself to the bottom of a push-up, then bring your left leg up to the outside of your body (like Spiderman climbing a wall). The goal is to touch your knee to your elbow.
But don’t worry if you can’t go that far.
Besides their cool name, Spiderman pushups take upper body strength training to the next level. They give you a killer core workout and obliques too, they help protect your lower back. And all you need is a little floor space!
If you are wondering WHAT ARE SPIDERMAN PUSHUPS GOOD FOR? Then hear it out-
It mainly works your pectoral muscles, your deltoids, triceps, chest, shoulders, and forearms all get a workout.
Bringing the leg up to one side forces these muscles to stabilize while your weight isn’t distributed equally on both sides of the body. It’s a great exercise to protect your lower back.
So here I am done with my 25 pushups for Day 1.
