Some ways I manage anxiety & process frozen emotions (shutdowns from PTSD)



My name is Xanthe Wyse. I share mental health videos of what has helped me manage bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder. I have chronic anxiety which I get some temporarily relief from. Movement to music is one of them (which I have demonstrated at the start of this video).

I have the freeze/shutdown presentation of PTSD and movement to music helps unfreeze me and allow the processing of the trauma and emotions to happen gently. That’s actually how I do all my art.
