Starting Over After Narcissistic Abuse (year in review) asks What Part of Your life is Changing for the Better? When we are kids we down the road excited by all the ways we will improve,, all the things that will get better. In our youth oriented society we will spend most of or lives trying not to lose what peaks in our 20’s. Power and finances peak later in most cases but we do tend to see this huge bell curve with everything building up, peaking out and then declining. We say that we are “Over the Hill” at estimated middle age at which point we just are supposed to start accepting the inevitable decline into decreptitude, but my life was derailed from tHe “normal” narrative long ago and now i am actually seeing some benefits to basically starting over in my late 30’s and to almost feel I am doing it again as I find myself with the freedom I had at 20 but wiser and with the financial resources to realize whatever dreams I decide to pursue. I look forward to the journey and hope you will come along for the ride.
