Supporting PTSD Push-Up Challenge – 25 for 25 days – Day 1

Raising awareness and support for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety and Depression by sharing a video of doing 25 push-ups every day for 25 days. I would like to draw a bit more attention to, a local to me, volunteer run, social enterprise who, having met the founder, I know to be very passionate in their support of anyone serving, retired and volunteering in our emergency services.

To help this go viral and raise increasing amounts of awareness:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25 & post it on FB
*Everyday you must nominate a different person.
