In this video we’re going to discuss the 4 “F” responses that result from CPTSD. So let’s get right into our topic the Four “F” Responses to trauma. Now I wan’t to bring in the knowledge of an expert so I’ll be reading from Pete Walker’s website and paraphrasing, he seems to be one of the most knowledgeable people in this field. I highly recommend his book CPTSD From Surviving to Thriving which has helped me personally in my healing journey with CPTSD. I’ll make sure to link his website and his book below.
