Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is often only associated with military personnel, but first responders (police, paramedics, fire fighters, hospital staff) are sometimes exposed to traumatic events on a daily bases. The effects of these events can build up over time, sometimes leading to what we now know as PTSD.
We hope this video will help those dealing with mental stress relating to their job and show that you aren’t alone.
