Childhood trauma not processed is difficult to live with. Society has the idea that the only way to heal is through forgiveness and this is not the absolute truth. Here we will look at that and I will read a chapter of Pete Walker’s book The Tao of Fully feeling. This is for educational purposes so we can begin to understand ourselves and how early trauma affects people in reality as adults.
