There is a saying, “No Pain, no Gain.” But what if there is too much pain? Is there still a gain? On one hand, no – it’s called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), but there is something else called Post Traumatic Growth (PTG). How can people grow out of trauma and into growth? Better yet, how can people prevent experiencing too much pain physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritual/vibrational?
