I had a HUGE trauma trigger last night and was in a really bad space mentally. I couldn’t eat, I was struggling to breathe, and couldn’t stop crying. I ended up turning on some music as a distraction which eventually slowed down the flashbacks. Music is a great form of therapy so I thought I would share with you. When using singing as a form of therapy, it can get emotional so the pitch isn’t always spot on, but it makes me feel better and that is what is important. I own no rights to this song.
