What is my channel about?
I have suffered with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia and PTSD since I was a chid, I am now 47. At my worst I couldn’t get out of my bed because I would have a panic attack. I spent years doing research to get better. I found techniques that worked. They are still working 5 years later. It’s not fair that people have to pay for help. I want to help for free.
