This course has been based on The Yoga Impact Charity’s programs that have been evaluated by the New South Wales Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors and found to reduce Post Traumatic Stress Disorder within 9 yoga classes and Depression with 12 yoga classes.

This course is suitable for Yoga Teachers and Health Professionals looking to apply trauma informed principles in their work with refugees, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, veterans, families of the Defence Force, First Responders and Prisoners.
