Work it out – exercise for emergency service and defence personnel



In partnership with the University of NSW (UNSW) and Black Dog Institute, EML created a series of videos with Dr Simon Rosenbaum to promote the positive impact of exercise on mental health. In this video, Dr Rosenbaum provides tips for emergency services and defence personnel to improve symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) through physical activity.
