In this video Evening talks about Complex PTSD or CPTSD and chronic illness, and the effects of trauma on our overall health and well being. In her own life she really should be dead after a rare and usually lethal heart attack and rare complications almost ended her life at just 33 years old, and then of course her son did die. It is no coincidence that there family was riddled with personality disorders and she and her kids were the targeted black sheep and scapegoats.
